Michelle offers one on one personal training sessions at multiple fitness locations. 

 

Michelle is also a certified Nutrional Advisor offering guidance and customized diet plans for weight loss management, and competition prep.

Michelle has a full group fitness schedule offering classes in both the morning and evening hours in several gym facilitys.  Class include, dance fitness, Zumba fitness, Piloxing and Body Blast Boot Camp.
