My program will specify what you need for a healthier, leaner you.  Each food item will show specifically its calorie, protein, carb, fiber, fat, and potassium content, every detail you need to know when dieting.  Your daily macros will be set, but the program also allows for flexible dieting.

Absolutely no refunds. Your meal plan will consist of 5-6 meals per day, depending on what your body conditioning is. You will be given one meal plan that will require prep work. You will be eating the same foods daily until you plateau in weight or until I stop seeing progression with your bi-weekly progress pictures. You will NOT be receiving a new plan daily or weekly, only upon a plateau will you recieve a new plan.

You will be given a bi-weekly or weekly refeed (aka -cheat meal) depending on your progression . Your plan will work if you work!
